Les Houmets Necklace: Autumn Storm

Design Notes: Les Houmets are a small group of islets on Guernsey’s East Coast. They feel wild and remote, surrounded by strong currents but rich with bird and marine life . The sea glass in these necklaces represent the islets which are like small treasures in these turbulent waters. The pearls and beads reflect the natural beauty, strong currents and changing colours of the sea in this dramatic part of Guernsey. The materials in this design have been hand selected to create a strong and powerful feel reminiscent of an autumn storm.

Sea Glass: 1 very rare medium yellow, 1 medium black (rare), 1 large black (rare)
Pearls: Freshwater Pearls; black, gold, white, silver, peacock blue, burgundy.
Beads: Miyuki Delica beads; black and silver.
